Smart hands rates:

During business hours (8am to 4pm AEST Monday to Friday) – $150 per hour billed in half hour blocks
Minimum charge of 1 hour applies.

Outside business hours (All other times, Public Holidays) – $200 per hour billed in 1 hour blocks
Minimum charge of 2 hours applies.

Emergency call (immediate attention or jobs with < 4 hours notice)- $100 once off + per hour rate.

Rates shown are per technician, some jobs may require multiple technicians for safety reasons (eg racking heavy equipment, equipment relocations)

Other services:

Some services are best negotiated on a fixed term, so for the below items please get in touch so we can scope our what you need in detail.

Project work (Audits, Documentation, Relocations etc) – $POA or hourly
Contracted retainer works – Available, $POA
Prepaid smart hands blocks – Available, $POA
Recurring tasks – Available, $POA
“Next time you’re there” tasks – Available, $POA

Inductions:

Inductions are one of the most annoying things about working in datacentres, but they have to be done.
As they benefit both you (by allowing us to do work for you) and us (as one induction does a whole facility) we feel it’s only right to meet in the middle.
As such, we will halve hour hourly rate for the time taken to complete the induction. Much Smarter!
